Dual Pressure Gauge (DPGS) – Service Level 2
- Size change or replacement of damaged spiders
- Voltage check on gap joint
- Replacement of external and some internal O-rings
- Torque check on all joints
- High pressure functionality checks with a known good XTX in Xconnect
Dual Pressure Gauge (DPGS) – Service Level 3
- Complete teardown and rebuild of probe.
- Functionality check on uphole and downhole connectors (transducer body)
- Replacement of any damaged parts
- All O-rings replaced
- Installing new 111 grease inside transducer body and on transducer gauges
- Complete check of all wires for any damage
- Pressure test and voltage test on gap join
- High pressure functionality checks with a known good XTX in Xconnect
