Martec Solutions manufactures and sells separately complete lower end sub assemblies (transmission and bearing assembly) for our J-TEC mud lube motors. Sub-assembies and components are made of high grade quality steel providing for superior wear durability. In addition to robust wear qualities, our simple and efficiently designed components permit easy motor service maintenance. Sub-assemblies are available in ABH or straight motor options.
High quality materials are used which provide significant wear resistance. Materials, such as S2 tool steel and tiled carbide, are utilized for thrust stack parts and radial bearings respectively. Other components are manufactured from 4145 and / or 4330 v modified materials while transmission components are made of heat treated 4340 steel.
