How it works
The DURAFLO screen for the MD-3* triple-deck and MD-2* dual-deck shakers incorporate a novel latch design that maintains the screen-to-screen seal and enables screens to be removed without the use of any tools. The design also includes a soft, integral seal that seals against the shaker and from screen to screen.
Mesh options
DURAFLO screens are available with XR MESH* shaker screen mesh, HC Mesh, and XL Mesh to offer the right balance of life, capacity, and separation for any application. Patented XR MESH combines high-performance geometry and sturdy construction, resulting in exceptional screen life and fluid handling capacity. HC Mesh is a triple-layer, rectangular opening mesh that is very effective in applications where maximum flow capacity and antiblinding properties are key to performance. XL Mesh is a triple-layer square mesh with good separation efficiency and is excellent in sandstone formations, which can typically present blinding problems when a standard screen mesh is used.
